Launching in Fall 2021, Imago Dei Neighborhood School is committed to bringing learning to life for students and families in Richmond, Virginia’s Northside. Their mission is to offer a vibrant, rigorous, and holistic Christian education to families of all ethnicities and income levels.
THEIR CHALLENGE
As a brand new organization, Imago Dei needed a strong brand identity and communication tools to help them reach prospective parents, as well as donors to support their work.
OUR SOLUTION
Together with the Imago Dei team, we identified their target audience—Northside moms wanting more—and created two personas to guide the execution of the brand strategy. Honing in on the needs of the audience helped us build out Imago Dei’s brand promise (the benefit they’re offering), proofs (how they’ll prove their promise), and overall brand feel (how the brand is expressed). The visual identity and messaging bring all of this to life.
With the brand established, we developed a website to introduce Imago Dei to prospective parents and partners, as well as a case statement (available in print and digital formats) that made it simple for their team to share the vision with a broad spectrum of donors.
